This ain't no family blog
I thought I'd already seen the ugliest crime fiction cover in the whole world (well, at least in Finland), but this one beats it hands down.
Teloittakaa Matti Koski/Execute Matti Koski! is an entry in the Dekkarisarja/Mystery Series that a publisher called Karkir (later called Karprint; if you know what I'm talking about, then you don't wonder) put out in the seventies. The books were short, almost pamphlet-length, and their reputation is pretty bad. The writer was called Eero Linna, but I don't think anyone knows who he really was.
The cover boasts a start of an exciting serial. It's about Mengele and it's presumably by an Israeli writer, called Z. Aldouby.
Looks like a cover for an Al Guthrie book, to me, what with the baseball bat.
