John Gardner

British spy novelist John Gardner passed away recently. Elsewhere I promised to say something about him, but as I don't have time at the moment, I'll just make a link to some posts I've written about Gardner. I didn't like the Oakes books and his James Bonds, but this doesn't mean that I wouldn't like his other, more serious novels. I just haven't tried them.
