Ludwig Wittgenstein and pulp
Here's a very nice article about Ludwig Wittgenstein and his affection for hardboiled crime writing, especially of Norbert Davis (who, based on little I've read from him, was a very good writer). The writer makes also a case for Wittgenstein as a hardboiled stylist and philosopher.
