Malmont's pulp pastiche
Everyone's been very enthusiastic about this book on several e-mail groups and blogs. It sure sounds like something I'd like to read (and write, too!): it's about two thirties' pulp writers Lester Dent and Walter Gibson (real guys and real writers, in case you didn't know) who are investigating the murder of H.P. Lovecraft. There are also other pulp writers of the era, including the later Dianetics man, L. Ron Hubbard and the renowned black crime writer Chester Himes. Why doesn't someone translate this stuff into Finnish?
