Bought this earlier today from the Turku market square, where there's a bookseller. It's a Swedish hobby mag from 1944. The illustrator is called Björn Karlström and I know nothing about him. The illo is great, though. The German plane is presumably Messerschmitt Me-210, which I know only because there's an article on the same plane in the inside pages.
