This is Matti Louhi's cover for Guillaume Apollinaire's parodic sadomasochist porn novel Terrible Hospodar (or some such - I don't know what's the official translation in English). The illustration seems to point to another story by Apollinaire about Don Juan, since Hospodar isn't exactly that cool in the novel...
As you should know, Apollinaire was a great pre-surrealist poet who was killed in the trenches in 1918.
